MEET THE TEAM

Jennipher Alista Panashe

(Co-Founder and Managing Director)

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Ashesi University, Jennipher is an aspiring entrepreneurial engineer with a burning desire to acquire new skills and experience in the engineering field. Her experience has been in the field of petroleum engineering and automobiles. She has worked as assistant project engineer at like Fueltec Zimbabwe, Scania Automobiles West Africa and Universal Engineering and Consultancy Services, Ghana. Jennipher is also a passionate activist of environmental and sustainable development in Africa. Her desire is to touch lives, change a lifestyle and bring hope to the people around her. Outside work, Jennipher loves reading, traveling, hiking, doing research and voluntary work.

Miquilina Anagbah

(Co-Founder and Sales & Marketing Director)

I am passionate about Power Engineering and sustainable community development. I believe everything engineered must be tailored towards improving lives. With diligence, constancy, and faith, continental Africa and the world at large could be transformed by the few Bravehearts willing to uphold the prowess of servant leadership. I am a servant leader.

Raymond Saaka

(Co-Founder and Financial Director)

I define success as being able to effect positive change and creating an impact on the lives of people and the environment in which we live. For this reason, my goal in life is to have a great impact everywhere I find myself. I also believe technology can help us affect the change we seek to achieve. I'm Raymond Andivi Saaka, a. Member of the Sisu-Terra technology team. We seek to use technology to solve problems that improve the lives of people in our societies and also save our environment for generations yet to come.

Cybil Mupazviriwo

(Operations Director)

Cybil is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Ashesi University Ghana who has a strong interest in structural engineering, civil works and project management. Her experience ranges from steel to concrete works and is looking on to explore the field of plastics in civil works. Cybil has worked with various companies such as Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in the tower construction department, Atlantis structures and BM construction in Ghana as a design engineer and at Riveleigh Electrical Zimbabwe on electric-construction projects as a trainee project engineer. In the future, she hopes to see better infrastructure in Africa at large by utilization of plastic technology and state of the art plant machinery. In her spare time, Cybil enjoys making music, reading and teaching children robotics.
